Really regret not getting a physical card when they offered me one 863156152 times before they stopped issuing them. I was NEVER able to log in to the android app. I had trouble last week, just because their login (and password reset) procedure is overly complicated. I was able to use the app maybe 1 time before it completely crapped out on me.
I've deleted and reinstalled it several times. Happens to me every time I try and use the app in the theater. Find showtimes and buy movie tickets online at a Regal theatre near you. Not yet... have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it...or even clear the cache.
